DISCOVERY CALL
Book a free, no-obligation 30-minute video call where we’ll talk through your space, what’s feeling overwhelming, and how I can help.
The video call also gives us both the opportunity to put a face to the name and ensure we both feel comfortable before working together in your home.
I’ll also give you an initial idea of cost, which can be adjusted once I’ve seen everything properly.
HOME CONSULTATION
BOOK A DATE
If you’re ready to take the next step, I offer a 1-hour in-home consultation. We’ll go through your space together, discuss what’s working and what’s not, and I’ll take any measurements or photos needed to plan your session. We will then discuss any additional storage requirements.
The consultation is charged at my hourly rate and will be taken off your final bill if you go ahead with a session.
When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll find a date that works for you. I’ll send over my service agreement & booking terms and a 50% deposit invoice, and once these are completed, your session will be secured.
We can also talk through any storage recommendations at this stage if you’d like me to source these for you.
on the day
ARRIVAL
I’ll arrive at the agreed time with everything I need to get started, including a few go-to organising tools and storage options. After a quick chat about the plan for the day, I’ll begin working through the space.
You don’t need to be there the whole time. We’ll go over where I’ll need your input, and I’ll take care of the rest.

organise & SYSTEMISE
I'll begin by taking everything out and sorting it into categories, giving you a clear picture of what you own (it’s often more than you think!). From there, we’ll work through it together to decide what to keep, what to let go of, and what can be donated or recycled.
Once everything has been sorted, I’ll reset the space with simple, practical systems that make it easier to keep organised. We’ll then walk through it together so you feel confident knowing where everything is and how it all works.
